Role Overview:
The Agent Collaboration & Partnership (ACP) organization integrates New York Life’s core agent growth programs — Agent Mentoring Program (AMP), District Agent (DA), Agent Teaming (ATP), and Professional Alliance (PAP) — into a unified enterprise capability. These programs support agent development, leadership progression, collaboration, and growth across the Agency distribution system.
As ACP continues to scale — particularly with the national expansion of Agent Teaming — strong operational execution and coordination are critical to delivering consistent, high-quality experience for agents and field leaders.
This role serves as the central authority for how ACP is positioned, communicated, and promoted internally and externally. The Director ensures that ACP programs are clearly understood, compellingly presented, and supported with high-quality materials that drive participation, productivity, and enterprise alignment.
The role operates across four primary domains:
This position partners closely with the Head of ACP, Field Operations, Program Operations, and the enterprise Marketing department.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $100,000-$143,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
