Job Description

Stryde Research runs clinical trials inside 20+ physician practices across Texas, Louisiana, and NJ/NY. We’re hiring someone at the start of their career to learn physician business development from the ground up — trained directly by our team.

What you’ll actually do: visit specialty medical practices and build real relationships with front desk staff and practice managers, schedule meetings between our leadership and physicians interested in research, keep our CRM updated and follow-ups on time, and support outreach campaigns and community events. Within a year, you’ll know how to take a doctor from “never heard of you” to signed research partner — a skill that pays well for the rest of your career.

You don’t need clinical research experience. You need to be comfortable walking into an office where nobody knows you, organized enough that nothing falls through cracks, and coachable. Medical assistants, front-desk veterans, retail or B2B sales people, and recent grads who’d rather learn by doing all fit.

Send a short note (not a formal cover letter) on why this is you: ***email_hidden***.

Qualifications

  • Foundational business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and basic sales pipeline management.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to gather and interpret information about sponsors, therapeutic areas, and market trends.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for professional emails, presentations, and discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage).
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Interest in clinical research and biopharma, with a commitment to patient-centric values and ethical conduct.
  • Ability to work on-site in Plano, TX, collaborate within cross-functional teams, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
