Job Description: Developer Support Specialist – Development Quality
About the Role
The Developer Support track within the Development Quality workflow plays a critical role in providing deep technical support to third-party developers integrating with Reality Labs platforms. In this role, you will work closely with both internal engineering teams and external developer communities to ensure the efficient resolution of complex technical issues.
The overarching Development Quality workflow combines manual and AI-augmented processes to provide a comprehensive analysis of internally reported issues. Your primary goal will be to transform raw bug reports and developer feedback into actionable, engineering-ready tasks. By identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, and communicating these issues effectively, you will enable continuous improvement across Meta's product portfolio and ensure a seamless experience for our developer ecosystem.
