How You’ll Make an Impact Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot Video, Internet and Streaming issues using Spectrum’s diagnostic toolsManage account activation, maintenance and billing concerns through thoughtful phone supportRecommend upgrades and solutions based on customer needs to enhance product valueProcess orders and navigate account management systems for new sales and account updatesFacilitate escalations and determine if field visits are needed for complex issuesContribute ideas to improve the customer experience and build long-term relationshipsConsistently achieve sales activity goals and maintain current knowledge of Spectrum product offeringsWorking Conditions Office environment with various schedules including holidays
What You’ll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalentExperience Customer service and sales or retention experienceSkills Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishKnowledge of Spectrum products and troubleshooting for Video, Internet and Voice repairProficiency in billing systemsStrong verbal and written communication skillsComplex problem solving abilitiesQuick thinking, goal orientation, ambition and determinationStrong follow-up, accuracy, multitasking and attention to detailPositive phone demeanor and excellent customer serviceAbility to use personal computer, relevant software including Microsoft Office Suite and intranet navigationPreferred Qualifications Experience1+ years working in cable operations or telecommunications call center #ZRSM2

The base pay for this position generally is between $20.00 and $24.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
