Allwein Carpet One is looking for self motivated individuals to join our installation crew. We've been in this industry and community for over 40 years. We are committed to our craft, our customers and our employees. Our team is growing and we need more quality individuals to meet the needs of our customers. Come see what its like to work hourly or salary for a store who has your back. If you are a Subcontractor, we will discuss buying your tools and truck. If you are currently hourly somewhere else, come give us a look. If you have no experience in the flooring world, we will train you. As a company we do everything in our power to support and promote our installation team and would love for you to be a part of it.

Duties

Duties will depend on the level of experience:

• Either lead or be a part of an installation team
• Load and unload materials at the shop and at job sites
• Follow pre-determined plans for installations
• Measure and cut materials
• Spread adhesives as needed
• Keep jobsites neat and tidy
• Help maintain truck and tools (large tools and truck supplied by Allwein Carpet One)
• Be punctual to shop and to jobsites
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
• Be a team player

Requirements

• Strong work ethic
• Be able to work independently and in a team
• Valid Drivers License
• Own some hand tools
• Some experience with manual labor - Construction experience preferred.
• Ability to bend, kneel, lift, and carry.
