About the job:

Akkodis is seeking a Marketing / Communications Specialist for a 6-month contract role based in Malvern, PA. This role focuses on driving AI/Agentic AI awareness and adoption through strategic marketing campaigns, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration.

To be considered, candidates should have strong experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution, along with exposure to AI/automation concepts and change management initiatives.

Pay Rate: $50 - $54/hr. on W2 (The pay rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Marketing / Communications Specialist responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute cross-channel marketing strategies for AI/Agentic AI initiatives
• Create engaging content (emails, flyers, landing pages, campaigns, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute communication campaigns
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels
• Ensure all messaging aligns with brand guidelines and standards
• Plan and execute email campaigns for awareness and adoption
• Support training materials and communication strategies for AI adoption
• Plan and manage events (workshops, hackathons, learning sessions)

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing or communications
• Strong experience in content creation and campaign execution
• Experience with email marketing and digital channels
• Understanding of AI / automation concepts (Agentic AI preferred)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI/technology-focused marketing campaigns
• Exposure to change management or adoption initiatives
• Experience within enterprise or large corporate environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience planning and managing events, workshops, or campaigns
• Familiarity with brand governance and messaging frameworks
