Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multi-departmental sourcing activities for assigned IT categories
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to control and reduce IT spend
- Analyze IT commodities, including software, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, hardware, and professional services
- Manage RFI/RFP processes, including market research, template preparation, and contract review
- Create evaluation models and facilitate stakeholder decision-making for vendor selection
- Lead complex negotiations for software industry contracts, including licensing, SLAs, and maintenance agreements
- Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to drive service improvements and value
- Develop sourcing plans, perform supplier benchmarking, and provide analytics for informed purchasing decisions
