POSITION Creative Production & Graphic Design Intern

REPORTS TO Creative Director

ABOUT THIS POSITION As a creative production & graphic design intern, you’ll work directly with our Creative Director to develop and bring to life creative PR mailers for some of the most exciting brands in beauty, fashion, wellness and lifestyle.

*This is an unpaid part time internship. Must be able to receive school credit

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Graphic Design:

• Assist with the creation of graphic designs for digital and print materials (e.g., social media graphics, banners, branded cards, packaging etc.).
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to conceptualize and create visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support the production of layouts for marketing materials.
• Help prepare files for printing or digital publication.
• Conduct research on design trends and provide creative input to design projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
• Handle other design-related tasks as required.

Social Media:

● Curate content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

● Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance engagement, reach, and followership.

● Create engaging and compelling content tailored to each platform, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.

● Provide insights and recommendations based on emerging trends and industry developments.

Additional:

• Assist in mailings (manage inventory, help with fulfillment, arrange messengers and FedEX pickups)
• Work alongside the Bee Street team on day-to-day projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Social Media, Graphic Design or related field.
• Creative and a love for social media
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools
• Highly organized & loves a spreadsheet
• Excited to learn and work with amazing brands!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• This is a part-time internship opportunity located in West Hollywood, with in-office presence required two times a week (Monday and Wednesday).
• School credit available for eligible candidates. Please inquire with your academic institution for credit requirements and approval procedures
• Spring Internship: March-May
• Summer Internship: May-August
