Lead enterprise data architecture strategy for healthcare data transformation initiatives involving SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM, enterprise data models, and cloud data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Define enterprise data architecture and solution design.
Design integration architecture across SAP, Salesforce, and cloud data platforms.
Develop data harmonization strategy across global commercial data domains.
Define enterprise data models and architecture standards.
Drive data standardization and consolidation initiatives.
Align architecture with global commercial operating models.
Define architecture principles for scalability, security, and performance.
Provide technical leadership to data engineering and modeling teams.
Review solution designs, ETL frameworks, and implementation approaches.
Required Skills
8 10 years of enterprise data architecture experience.
Strong SAP/ERP and Salesforce CRM data architecture knowledge.
Experience designing enterprise data platforms.
Strong understanding of data harmonization and standardization.
Experience with AWS cloud data platforms preferred.
Healthcare manufacturing / life sciences experience.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
