Job Description
The Events Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ensuring each project is delivered with efficiency and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized environment and enjoys working closely with teams to bring events to life.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of events from planning to completion
Support logistical arrangements, including scheduling, materials, and on-site setup
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Monitor event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule
Prepare event documentation, reports, and post-event summaries
Provide on-site support during events to ensure high standards are maintained
