Role Description

The Events Coordinator will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing events that support the company’s overall strategic and revenue goals. Working closely with the Demand Generation Marketing Director and other cross-functional stakeholders, this position is responsible for ensuring seamless end-to-end execution and success for our conference presence. This includes:

• Logistical coordination
• Vendor relations
• Internal process execution
• Monitoring the impact of our conferences on overall company pipeline and revenue

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with conferences (B2B a plus), or similar event experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Familiarity working with third party vendors and reps
• Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
• Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
• Excellent time management skills
• Collaborative work ethic with strong customer service skills
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong writing and copy-editing abilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing or events role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Teams) and Zoom
• Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, and Salesforce a plus
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) a plus, but not required
