Family Assistant | Woodland Hills | $150k

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and warm Family Assistant to support a busy household. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and takes pride in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage family calendars, scheduling, and appointments
• Coordinate school schedules, activities, and transportation
• Run errands, handle shopping, and oversee household inventory
• Assist with travel planning, including itineraries and logistics
• Support light household management, including vendor coordination and home organization
• Provide occasional childcare support as needed
• Ensure seamless day-to-day household operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Family Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar support role
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Flexible, proactive, and able to anticipate needs
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
