General Manager – Café and Coffee Shop

$79,000 - $86,000 + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a new café and coffee shop opening soon. This fast-growing, locally based brand is recognized for sourcing premium coffees from local roasters and serving exceptional drinks and fresh food in a vibrant, inspiring environment.

Your Role with the Company:

The General Manager leads the cafe, ensuring the experience meets the company's values through exemplary service and building connections with guests and team members.

• Hire, train, motivate, and inspire others to have fun and create a better experience with every transaction
• Enforce brand standards and expectations such as proper uniform, cleanliness, and recipe adherence
• Ensure that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately and on time
• Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews
• Champion a safe, harassment-free and discrimination-free workplace
• Lead the team with efficiency, respect, friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, patience, awareness, compassion, courtesy, and initiative

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a General Manager for a $2.5M+ café, QSR, or full-service restaurant
• High volume drive-thru experience required
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
• A motivated, organized, charismatic individual who is eager to lead a successful team
• New location opening experience preferred
• Local candidates only
