Job Title: Entry-Level General Office Clerk (2 Openings)

Location: Miami FL

Position Overview

We are hiring two reliable and motivated individuals to assist a Department Head with day-to-day tasks and basic projects in an office setting. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a professional environment. You’ll be given assignments and expected to complete them accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Head with daily tasks and basic office duties
• Complete assigned projects and follow instructions carefully
• Organize files, documents, and workspace as needed
• Help with simple data entry, and paperwork
• Support scheduling, meeting setup, and general office coordination
• Run occasional work-related errands if needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to follow directions and stay organized
• Dependable and punctual
• Willingness to learn and take on different tasks

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have reliable personal transportation to commute to the office
• Comfortable working in an office environment

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to work in an office environment and perform routine physical tasks. Duties may include sitting, standing, walking, bending, and moving around the workspace for extended periods. The role may also require light manual labor such as organizing materials, stuffing envelopes, filing documents, and lifting or moving items up to approximately 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
