What You’ll Do

• Prepare monthly and quarterly investment reports using Excel, including performance, cash activity, and valuations.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy across reporting deliverables.
• Manage daily cash activity , including capital calls, distributions, and account monitoring.
• Build and maintain Excel-based reporting tools to track and analyze investment data.
• Serve as a key point of contact for investment managers and internal teams , delivering timely and high-quality support.
• Assist in investment return calculations and help resolve reporting questions.
• Coordinate with custodians and third-party providers.
• Maintain organized client and investment documentation .

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, fund administration, or financial operations.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data organization; modeling a plus).
• A proven track record of accuracy, organization, and responsiveness .
• Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset .
• Interest in investments, financial markets, or real assets .
