Training Specialist for Clinical Providers

Are you passionate about training, healthcare education, and helping clinical teams thrive? Join our team as a Training Specialist and help equip Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Behavioral Health Providers, and other clinical staff with the tools they need to deliver exceptional patient care.
In this role, you’ll:
✔ Deliver engaging in-person, virtual, and e-learning training
✔ Support onboarding and ongoing development for clinical teams
✔ Assist with EMR training and clinical workflows
✔ Develop and update training materials and resources
✔ Partner with leaders to identify training needs and improve outcomes
✔ Travel to clinic sites to conduct program implementation, training and evaluation of staff.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
• Associate’s degree or higher in nursing, education, training and development, or other related field. LPN license.
• Prior training experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong EMR knowledge and comfort with technology
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills
