Remote Call Center Associate

Elwood Staffing is seeking full time remote call center associates for 2nd shift inbound and outbound calls!

Remote Call Center Associate Details:

• Temporary position
• $13.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift

• Processing inbound and outbound calls
• May also assist in other projects, including but not limited to processing data entry
• Answering inbound calls ordering products, taking donations, prayer requests, prayer calls, and customer service requests
• Record customer information accurately
• Processing credit card payments
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Full-time – Working 35+ hours weekly

Remote Call Center Associate Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to type 50+ words per minute with 98% accuracy
• Proficient with browser based applications and the Windows O365
• Ability to multitask
• The position is a remote, work from home position
• Technical system requirements
  • Internet providers must be cable or fiber.
  • No wireless point to point, cellular, dialup, satellite or DSL, or hotspots
  • Speedtest(s) must meet or exceed 5MB download and 5MB upload. This should be verified by two or more speed tests such as fast.com and speedtest.net
• Computer Requirements
  • Operating System must be Windows 10 Home, Pro or Enterprise
  • Windows S is NOT permitted
  • A minimum of 4GB of RAM but 8 is recommended
  • The processor should be at least a dual-core i5 or better or equivalent such as an AMD Ryzen 5
  • The hard drive should be 7200RPM or SSD (recommended)
  • Recommended HDMI, Display, VGA, or external option for the second monitor
  • Active, current (up to date) antivirus program installed
