We are looking for a commercially driven and highly analytical Sales & Business Analyst to support and elevate our Walmart business. This role sits at the heart of decision-making, transforming data into actionable insights that drive performance across sell-in, sell-out, and inventory. You will play a key role in enhancing visibility, improving efficiency through automation, and proactively identifying growth opportunities across categories, brands, and channels. What you’ll be doing Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility of commercial performance Analyze key business metrics (sell-in, sell-out, inventory and operational KPIs) to identify risks and unlock opportunities Translate data into actionable insights to support decision-making at customer, category, and store level Identify opportunities in distribution, pricing/promotion strategies, availability, and inventory management Monitor category performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives Manage and maintain the product portfolio, ensuring data accuracy and consistency Support commercial planning by providing inventory-informed purchase flow recommendations Track and manage purchase orders, partnering closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance What success looks like Delivery against commercial targets (sell-in / sell-out) Strong inventory coverage and availability Improved distribution and in-store execution High-quality, timely, and increasingly automated reporting Proactive identification of risks and opportunities What we’re looking for Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field 2–4 years’ experience in analytical roles within commercial environments (FMCG, retail, entertainment or similar) Experience working with Walmart (preferred) Advanced Excel skills (essential) and experience with Power BI or similar tools Knowledge of SAP / EDI (a plus) Intermediate to advanced English Key qualities Strong analytical mindset with structured thinking Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership Detail-oriented, while maintaining a broader commercial perspective Curious, solutions-focused, and continuously looking to improve Collaborative communicator who can influence cross-functional teams Why join us High exposure to commercial strategy and decision-making Opportunity to shape and modernise how we leverage data and automation Fast-paced, dynamic environment with real impact on business performance Hasbro is an Equal Opportunities Employer The above is intended to describe the general content of the role, and the requirements for satisfactory performance in this position.
