Unite for HER is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the health and well-being of individuals diagnosed with breast and ovarian cancers. Providing integrative therapies, education, services, and support, UFH ensures that patients have access to valuable resources and are supported by a compassionate community. 

Unite for HER is hiring a Senior Communications Associate to support marketing and communications objectives across teams. This role is suited for an individual passionate about making a difference in the community and interested in joining a compassionate and progressive female-led organization.

Sr. Communications Associate

Full Time Exempt

Hybrid work schedule with minimum of one office day required per week in Malvern, PA

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain print and digital materials for outreach and development initiatives
• Content creation for all social media platforms
• Develop monthly social media plan and reporting to achieve organizational communications objectives (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms)
• Manage Meta fundraising donor process and account communications
• Lead Pink Invitational communications and marketing, managing Above and Beyond Digital Fundraising campaign and Pink Invitational social media community
• Perform administrative tasks as necessary, including creative orders, CRM database management, website management, and additional projects as assigned.
• Maintain Teams digital inventory of creative materials and branding assets.
• Maintain inventory of banners, posters, and other marketing/promotional materials. Oversee the storage of materials in orderly manner and submit re-order of materials as levels fall below desired quantity.
• Work with marketing and communications team to achieve objectives for signature fundraising events (fall 5K, fall Harvest Chef Tasting event, winter Pink Invitational gymnastics meet, and Bloom Spring fashion show fundraiser)
• Assist with Unite for HER virtual and in-person events

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field or relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related communications discipline.
• Graphic design, video editing, marketing, and front-end web development experience required (Mailchimp, Wordpress, Indesign, Photoshop, Premiere, Canva, and related apps)

Salary range for this role is $55,500 - $75,000.
