Litigation Paralegal – Fort Lauderdale

Major National law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with 4+ years of experience to support their West Palm Beach office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys in all stages of litigation.
• Draft and e-file pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Organize and manage discovery, including document production using eDiscovery tools (Relativity, Trial Director).
• Edit and proofread legal documents for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and rules.
• Manage case calendars and monitor deadlines.
• Assist with deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with attorneys, staff, and external parties.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or legal setting.
• college degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Proficiency with Relativity, Trial Director, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to escalate issues appropriately.
