Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Residential Public Relations & Communications to lead and execute a comprehensive public relations and communications strategy for CoStar Group’s residential brands, with a primary focus on Homes.com and Apartments.com. This role will drive awareness, engagement, media impressions, and share of voice across consumer, business, financial, technology, and real estate media.
The Senior Manager will position Homes.com and Apartments.com as authoritative voices in the for-sale and rental housing markets, elevate proprietary data and insights, and secure high-impact media opportunities for senior leaders and in-house experts. This is a senior-level, hands-on role based in Arlington, Virginia, working in the office five days per week, and reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications.
