Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure new production workstations with appropriate tools and equipment to support efficient workflows and a smooth transition to high-rate manufacturing.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, cranes) and precision-calibrated tools such as torque wrenches and micrometers while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and overall productivity.
• Support the transition from development to full-scale production by performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and process optimization as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace in alignment with 5S principles to ensure safety and operational effectiveness.
