Position : Virtual Assistant (Bookkeeping/Accounting Focus)

Hiring Company: We are a 10 year old remote staffing business with a fully remote team of 100+ employees. We started as a customer service agency, but have leveraged our client experience and technical acumen to become the industry's first AI empowered (human) virtual assistant service.
About the Role: We are looking for a General Virtual Assistant (VA) with a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting . This role requires a highly organized individual who can manage administrative tasks while handling financial records, invoices, and reports. If you have experience with accounting software, AI tools, and project management platforms , this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Accounting (50%)
General VA Tasks (50%)
Manage emails and correspondence
Organize and update files, spreadsheets, and databases
Assist with administrative tasks like scheduling and calendar management (Google Calendar, Calendly)
Support project management tasks using Asana, Trello, or ClickUp
Follow-ups via email, chat, and/or phone
Conduct online research and data entry tasks
Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members as needed
