Job Description

We're seeking an experienced, personable bartender to join our team at Taunton's premier wine bar. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves wine, enjoys connecting with guests, and thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve wine, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages

Provide knowledgeable recommendations and guide guests through our wine list

Create wine-based cocktails and seasonal drink specials

Maintain bar cleanliness and organization

Process payments and manage cash handling accurately

Build relationships with regular guests and create welcoming atmosphere

Assist with inventory management and ordering

Participate in wine education and training sessions

Schedule:
Wednesday through Sunday evenings, with flexibility for special events. Part-time and full-time positions available.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
2+ years bartending experience (wine bar or upscale restaurant preferred)

Wine knowledge or strong desire to learn

Current TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification (or ability to obtain)

Massachusetts Alcohol Server License

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Professional appearance and positive attitude
