A rapidly growing organization in the commercial and multi-family services space is seeking a Client Relations Manager to support expansion in the Fargo market. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and multi-family clients
Conduct onsite visits and proactively assess and address client needs
Identify opportunities to upsell and expand services within existing and new accounts
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Represent the organization at local events, trade shows, and industry functions
Track and report on client activity, trends, and growth opportunities
Qualifications:
Experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development
Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Willingness to travel locally (~50%) for onsite client visits
Valid driver’s license required
Preferred Background:
Experience in restoration or related service-based industries
Exposure to commercial or multi-family property management
Experience with event marketing or trade shows
Additional Details:
Standard business hours
Onsite role for the first ~6 months, transitioning to hybrid
Local travel within the Fargo/Moorhead area (~50%)
