We are seeking a CRNA to join our team at Cambridge Medical Center in Cambridge, MN (located about one hour north of Minneapolis).
Key Position Details:
Cambridge Medical Center has 5 ORs and 1 designated endoscopy suite.
Case mix includes ortho, ENT, GYN, general, endoscopy, podiatry, urology, and ophthalmology
Typical schedule is 7:00am - 3:30pm with peel-off process
1 in 7 weekend call rotation
Unrestricted call with 45-minute response time
FTE is negotiable if part-time is desired

Job Description:
Principle Responsibilities
Makes decisions that result in desired patient/unit outcomes.
Establishes priorities for self and others in organizing work.
Acts as a resource to peers and other health related professionals.
Assumes charge responsibilities as assigned.
Precepts and mentors students and orientees as delegated.
Helps to identify and initiate improvement processes.
Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $125.00 to $135.00 per hour
The pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
