Job Description:
Must-Have Skills:
3-5 years of experience. Native-level fluency in English is required. Taxonomy, metadata, or content classification. Data labeling/annotation and data validation. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and pattern recognition. Ability to follow labeling guidelines and exercise sound judgment. Experience reviewing high-volume datasets. Localization or multilingual content.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
HR/job taxonomy knowledge. SQL or Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with LLMs/AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude).
Description: Support taxonomy operations by labeling and classifying job and resume data, standardizing job titles, mapping occupations, validating metadata, and improving taxonomy quality. Perform data cleanup and localization while following labeling guidelines to ensure accurate, consistent outputs.
Support workflows for a variety of English markets. Market knowledge of Ireland, India, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, or Singapore markets is preferred.
