Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of a variety of events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to creative projects, and ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of events from concept through completion
Support event logistics including venue setup, vendor coordination, and on-site operations
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
Prepare event materials, schedules, and documentation
Monitor timelines and ensure all event elements are completed on schedule
Provide on-site support during events, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
