We just landed a national contract — and we need one person who can own it.
We're a pest control company trusted by a major national restaurant chain to protect their locations. As our Commercial Exclusion Specialist, you'll travel to restaurant sites across the country, work overnight while stores are closed, and physically seal buildings against pest entry — gaps, cracks, pipes, doors, walls. Every site is different. Every night matters.
But this isn't just physical work. You'll also be the face of our company on-site. That means writing clear site visit summaries, communicating findings to both our internal team and the client, and using your judgment when something unexpected comes up.
What you'll do:
• Travel to assigned locations and perform exclusion work overnight
• Identify structural vulnerabilities and apply the right solutions on the spot
• Write concise site visit summaries — what you found, what you did, what's recommended
• Communicate professionally with internal management and the client as needed
• Problem-solve in real time when conditions aren't perfect (and they often aren't)
• Maintain high standards on every job, because the client is watching
What we're looking for:
• Background in pest control, construction, renovation, restoration, or a related trade
• Someone who has led or supervised work before — and is ready to operate solo
• Clear written communication — you don't need to be a writer, just someone who documents things properly
• High ownership mentality — you treat every site like your name is on it
• Comfortable with overnight schedules and frequent travel
• Positive, professional attitude whether you're talking to a crew member or a client contact
What we offer:
• Competitive pay based on experience
• All travel and accommodations fully covered
• Direct communication with ownership — no layers of bureaucracy
• On-the-job training on our specific methods
• Real autonomy in a role where your work is visible and valued
If you've been doing great work for someone else and you're ready for a role where you own the outcome — let's talk.
