Pediatric Dentist (or Pediatric-Focused General Dentist) — Las Vegas, NV

We're hiring a Pediatric-Focused General Dentist or a residency-trained Pediatric Dentist to join a busy, well-established kids practice in Las Vegas, Nevada . You'll step into an existing patient base, a strong support team, and a supportive, owner-led environment— no corporate / no PE pressure .

We're open to graduating residents, graduating dentists, or practicing doctors . Experienced clinicians and prior private practice owners are strongly preferred , but not required.

The Opportunity

• 16 clinical days per month

• 4 days per week

• 9-hour shifts (scheduled within office hours)

• Office hours: Monday–Saturday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Orthodontist program integrated into the practice (built-in specialty support and continuity for families)

• 1099 Independent Contractor

Compensation (Clear, Transparent)

Pediatric Dentist (Residency-Trained / Board-Eligible)

• 30% of collections, inclusive of all services (including imaging and nitrous )

• This typically equates to ~35–37% of total collections

• $1,200/day daily rate

Pediatric-Focused General Dentist

• 30% of collections, excluding imaging

• $1,000/day daily rate

✅ Who We're Looking For

We welcome:

• Pediatric Dentists (residency-trained, board-eligible, or board-certified), and/or

• General Dentists with meaningful pediatric experience and a passion for kids dentistry

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school

• Active (or pending/eligible) Nevada dental license

• Patient-first, calm, confident chairside communication with kids and parents

• Team-oriented and motivated to build long-term continuity in a growing practice
