Fortitude Builders Inc. is a rapidly growing storm restoration and exterior remodeling company serving homeowners throughout North Carolina. We specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, decks, insurance restoration, and residential remodeling projects. We are seeking an experienced bilingual Construction Project Manager to oversee production, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, and job profitability across multiple projects. This is not a sales position. Our sales team handles lead generation, inspections, and customer acquisition. Our claims department manages estimating and insurance supplements. Your role will be to ensure projects move efficiently from contract signing through final completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has a strong construction management background, enjoys solving problems, coordinating trades, managing schedules, and taking ownership of project outcomes. As the company grows, this position has the opportunity to evolve into a senior operations leadership role.
