Job Description
We're looking for an Applied AI Senior Engineer to lead how data, analytics, and AI are built and used across our organization. This role owns the end-to-end approach to data and analytics, working cross-functionally with leaders across operations, finance, product, and executive teams to identify high-value opportunities and build impactful analytics and AI use cases. You will design and deliver AI-native analytics solutions-using modern practices such as prompt engineering and AI-assisted development ("vibe coding")-that turn complex healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data into clear, actionable insights. This role combines broad technical ownership with close partnership with business stakeholders to ensure data and AI directly support decision-making and operational performance.
This is a 12-month contract with possibility to extend. Insurance and a 401K program are offered throughout the contract period. The hourly rate is $68-90/hr.

Skills and Requirements
Senior-level experience in data and analytics architecture, with ownership across the full data lifecycle.
Experience working in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including hospital, physician group, or in-house RCM environments.
Strong applied AI experience, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted development workflows.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple leaders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Comfort operating in a role with broad scope, autonomy, and influence. Located in Denver or Ft Lauderdale
