Job Title: SAP Project Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm *Standard business hours CST



Overview:

• The Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex SAP and enterprise transformation initiatives, ensuring successful execution across multiple functional and technical workstreams.
• This role drives planning, scope, estimation, execution, risk management, and cross-functional coordination while partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
• The Delivery Lead provides overall governance, manages dependencies, resolves issues, and ensures high-quality delivery from solution design through deployment and hypercare.

Team & Key Projects:

• Nexus Demand Delivery Team supporting SAP Supply Chain initiatives across North America.
• Manages intake, planning, and delivery of SAP enhancements and strategic business initiatives across multiple functional areas.
• Add a Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end execution of the Nexus demand portfolio and ensure successful project delivery.
• Growing demand and increasing project complexity require additional delivery leadership to improve execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

Typical Day in the Role:

• Lead delivery of the Nexus demand portfolio, manage project planning and execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, track risks and dependencies, facilitate stakeholder communications, and ensure timely delivery of business initiatives.
• High Collaborates daily with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, project managers, architects, system integrators, and leadership to drive delivery and resolve issues.
• Fast-paced, collaborative, and highly cross-functional environment supporting multiple concurrent initiatives. Requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities while working with global teams.

Requirements:

• Experience working in SAP or large-scale enterprise transformation environments.
