Job Description

TriSource is seeking a Clinician/Social Worker or Therapist to take on a Clinical Services Manager role with a non-profit organization that specializes in services for at-risk youth and young adults!

As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical counseling services to at-risk youth with diverse needs including homelessness, mental illness, and victims of sex trafficking . Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provides direct supervision to the mental health counselors and clinical interns.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation, consistent with credentialing/licensure scope, to designated clinicians and/or program staff as assigned
• Support clinical decision making, safety planning, crisis response, mandated reporting guidance, and care coordination for youth with complex needs.
• Maintain a direct service caseload and provide mental health assessment, treatment planning, individual counseling, family counseling (when applicable), and referral/linkage to community services.
• Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization support for youth as needed.
• Complete timely, accurate, legal, and ethical clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required database entries.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and skill development of newer clinical staff, interns, or trainees as assigned.
• Provide consultation and training to staff on youth mental health topics, trauma-informed care, de-escalation, and clinical best practices as assigned.
• Help develop and maintain clinical workflows, protocols, and practice guidance that support safe, ethical, and effective services for youth and families.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Licensed as a LPC, LCSW or LMFT in Oregon preferred
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and/or transition-age youth preferred
• Experience working with survivors of sex trafficking preferred
• Demonstrated experience providing trauma-informed care
• Experience supervising clinicians, internes, or direct service staff preferred
• Driver's license and auto insurance
• Clean background and driving record in good standing

The salary for this role is $80,000 annually, with consideration for candidates with exemplary qualities.
